2. What we collect

Technical data. When you open this website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, the requested page, the time of the request, and browser and device information to deliver the page. This is technically necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure.

Email. If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer you.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It has no forms, accounts or comment functions, and it does not load fonts, scripts or content from third-party servers.

3. Why we use your data

We process technical data to deliver and secure the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We process emails to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on whether you ask about a contract or contact us in general).

Connection data is technically required to view the website. Providing your email address is voluntary; without it we cannot reply. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Recipients and transfers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and emails to our address are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox provider. Cloudflare, Inc. acts as a processor. Cloudflare and our mailbox provider may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers are safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where it does not apply, by the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention and security

We do not store connection data ourselves. Cloudflare processes it to deliver and protect the website and retains it under its own data retention policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). We keep emails as long as needed to handle your request and, for business correspondence, as long as the law requires. The website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Estonia the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).

Right to object. Where we rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
